A hunting we will go....A hunting we will go!!!!

We are so excited!!! And so...stressed, confused, excited, worried, yet....learning, waiting, praying, hunting, planning for the right time to buy a house!! We have decided to start looking here in good old Bakersfield! WOW!! Such a big step in our lives and we are just floored that someone would trust us with a house! Joe's job here is going really well and considering all the other pilots out there aren't feeling as great we figured that planting some roots might just be the right thing to do. We are going to be here for awhile, bad air and everything!! It's so exciting! We are in the hunting stage and it is a long and tedious process in this lovely 114 degree weather with the air quality at 164. Crazy I know but nobody is doing much around here. Tonight though we are cooling off right now it is only 97. We have found a couple that we like but now are just in the waiting game as well. We'll let you know when we know!
